Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Age: Between 18 to 25 years.
  • Educational Qualification: Passed GCE Advanced Level (A/L).
  • Language Proficiency: Ability to converse in general English.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service is considered an added advantage.
  • Personal Attributes: Passion, commitment, and a positive attitude toward customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in the showroom and provide product-related information.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Promote the company’s products and maintain a professional service demeanor.
